Ok well first off hello everybody, this is Ace Dalton the man, the myth, the meat himself. Now I wish I was making this video in a more positive frame of mind and in a more positive attitude but that simply isn’t the case.
Now if you’re out of the loop I’ll fill you in as in the last 12 hours youtube has decided to step in and pull the plug on me by suspending my account. This action has left me in a state of shock, although truthfully I knew it was going to happen sooner rather than later. As for why my account was suspended I have no definitive answers for everyone as I didn’t receive any e-mails from youtube telling me they were suspending my account nor did I receive any notifications in my inbox saying that one of my videos was taken down for copyrighted content.
Perhaps youtube thought that my brother Guido had hacked my account as the last bunch of videos looked like he did a hostile takeover of my account. I can tell everyone right now that is simply not the case as both Guido and I have the user name and password for this account and I allow him to post his videos on my account. Whether or not youtube thought that again I don’t know but I can officially tell everyone that Guido has agreed to get his own account and will start posting his own videos directly on it in the near future.
So where do we go from here? Well truthfully in the last couple months I’ve been looking for other alternatives/media websites to post my videos as I am getting tired of Youtube’s policies and strict guidelines. This was pretty much the straw that broke the camel’s back. Now I won’t be leaving Youtube altogether and if it ever comes up again where my account is suspended again and I can’t do anything to appeal it the second time around I’m going to make a suggestion right now for all my subscribers to bookmark the following website address right now! – http://acedalton.wordpress.com – This is my official website/blog where I’ll be posting updates on there. I also have a backup account at www.youtube.com/acedalton2 so bookmark that one as well so just in case something happens you will be informed via my other youtube account what’s going down.
I will still use this account from time to time to post observations and Ask Ace Dalton episodes but as far as reviews go I think its time to switch over to another media website and rebuild from there.
Oh and by the way don’t worry the in-depth reviews on Die Hard 2, 3, and 4 will be coming. This headache isn’t going to get in the way of that.
